The Plaza might finally do something about that giant empty Nordstrom lot. The owners say the long-vacant corner at 47th and Jefferson is one of their first redevelopment targets, with housing, restaurants, and retail likely in the mix. About time!
KC Current could be getting a much bigger home. Kansas City just advanced a $185 million plan to expand the riverfront stadium to 18,000 seats, which would make an already major piece of the riverfront even more grand. Check it out!
